Abstract:
The development of the digital economy has endowed personal information with commercial connotations, and the maturity of emerging technologies such as big data has led to the widespread collection and utilization of citizens' personal information. College students, based on their own characteristics, should receive special protection under administrative law. The profit oriented business model has led to frequent occurrences of personal information being secretly collected, illegally obtained, and used beyond reasonable limits, posing a threat to the normal life and even personal safety of college students. A series of illegal behaviors such as telecommunications fraud, credit card fraud, campus loans, and routine loans targeting college students need to be regulated from the perspective of administrative law to strengthen the protection of personal information of college students.
