Research on Business Model Changes of Property Management Industry in China

Abstract:

this paper discusses the evolution logic and law of China's property management business model, and points out that with the acceleration of urbanization and the development of the real estate market, the demand for property management services continues to grow. In the early days, the "integrated" property management model of the property industry rose in the developed coastal areas in the early days, and then was implemented in the whole country. With the development of economy and society, many problems of the traditional property management business model began to be exposed. Therefore, the property management business model began to change, extending to non-residential and urban services and other fields, exploring ways to reduce costs and increase prices, and focusing on the needs of owners to expand and innovate the business format has been developed to a certain extent, with the development of artificial intelligence and digital economy, property management enterprises will also continue to explore and innovate business models under the influence of digital technology to meet market demand.
