Abstract:
Ballet training, as a rigorous and elegant form of dance, emphasizes the flexibility, strength, and coordination of the body. It plays an important role in the cultivation of dancers, however, how to integrate the professional characteristics of ballet training into universal education in primary and secondary schools is an urgent issue that needs to be explored. Universal education aims to comprehensively cultivate students' physical literacy, aesthetic emotions, and collaborative abilities, which naturally aligns with the goals of ballet training. By integrating ballet training, we can better achieve the comprehensive development of primary and secondary school students. This article aims to explore the application of ballet training in universal education in primary and secondary schools. Through in-depth analysis of the feasibility of ballet training in primary and secondary schools, the problems existing in ballet training in primary and secondary education, and the education and teaching methods that are suitable for primary and secondary school students, it provides a new perspective and way of thinking for dance art education in primary and secondary schools, in order to promote the development of ballet training in art education in primary and secondary schools.
