Abstract:
Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization and the deepening implementation of rural revitalization strategies, the optimization and efficient utilization of rural land resources have become urgent problems to be solved. Demolition and reclamation, as one of the important means of rural land consolidation, aims to improve the rural environment, increase land use efficiency, and provide land indicators for urban construction by demolishing old rural houses, abandoned homesteads, and vacant construction land such as hollow villages, and reclaiming them as arable land or other production land. The implementation of the policy of demolishing and reclaiming old land not only helps to solve the problem of idle rural construction land, but also promotes rural economic development and improves the living standards of farmers. However, the specific impact of demolishing and reclaiming old land on the structure and layout of rural construction land still needs further research. This article will explore the impact mechanism and optimization direction of demolition and reclamation on rural construction land through empirical analysis from the dimensions of land use efficiency, land use structure, and spatial layout. This article takes Huodao Town in Gaoyao District as an example, using GIS spatial topology analysis and the construction of Thiessen polygon model, through indicators such as land use efficiency, land use structure, and land use spatial layout, analyzes the utilization of rural construction land before and after the implementation of demolition and reclamation, understands the impact of demolition and reclamation on the structure and layout of rural construction land, and analyzes the optimization direction of demolition and reclamation work.
