Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in pediatrics department clinical practice curriculum. Methods Sixty students were selected from two classes of 2022 clinical medicine major of Hebei Medical University as the research objects, and the students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60students in each group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the situational simulation teaching method. The comprehensive examination ability score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of pre-class professional knowledge preparation, situational simulation exercise, after-school theoretical examination and usual performance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Situational simulation teaching method has a significant role in promoting the teaching of pediatrics department clinical practice curriculum, and can improve students'comprehensive examination ability and teaching satisfaction.
