Abstract：

In 2020, China University of Political Science and Law added the "Supervision Law" direction to the graduate enrollment catalog of the "Litigation Law" major, and formulated a scientifically reasonable and operationally strong "Master's Degree Training Program for Supervision Law Direction in Litigation Law" (hereinafter referred to as the "Supervision Law Training Program"). Starting from the implementation status of the "Supervision Law Training Program" at China University of Political Science and Law, this article proposes the use of the "embedded" dual mentor case teaching method to solve the problems of case courses, dual mentor system, and difficulty in carrying out supervision practice in the "Supervision Law Training Program", in order to effectively implement the "Supervision Law Training Program", adapt to the characteristics of the discipline of supervision law, cultivate high-quality supervision legal talents, and improve the supervision legal system.
