Abstract:
In response to the problem of weak innovation ability of agricultural mechanization and automation professionals under the background of the new round of industrial revolution and the development of new engineering disciplines, this paper analyzes the factors that constrain innovative agricultural mechanization talents, mainly reflected in the degree of disciplinary integration, practical teaching characteristics, and innovation ability. It proposes a reform practice method of integrating teaching and research to promote innovation ability cultivation through collaborative education. By introducing scientific research achievements and cutting-edge developments in disciplines into the classroom to create "golden courses", building multi-level and multi-dimensional scientific research practice platforms to cultivate interdisciplinary achievements, and promoting interdisciplinary integration through competitions, a theoretical teaching+course practice+project enhancement innovative talent training system with the core of combining theory and practice, promoting teaching and research, and interdisciplinary integration is formed, thereby enhancing students' practical and innovative abilities. This study provides reference for the cultivation of innovative abilities in agricultural mechanization and automation majors in agricultural and forestry universities under the background of new engineering and new agricultural science.
