Research on the Optimization of Undergraduate Teaching and Training Program for Financial Management Major in Engineering Universities

Abstract:

This article explores the optimization ideas of undergraduate teaching and training programs for financial management in engineering universities under the background of the digital economy era. Firstly, the internal logical connection between engineering courses, engineering thinking, and talent cultivation in financial management majors in engineering universities was analyzed; Secondly, based on this, further discussions were held on the optimization key points of the teaching and training program for financial management majors in engineering universities, specifically exploring how to clearly position the training objectives, reasonably consolidate the curriculum system, and focus on practical teaching links; Finally, taking Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology as an example, this article specifically analyzes how to optimize the undergraduate teaching and training program for financial management majors. It particularly emphasizes the need to cultivate students' ability to use big data technology and data analysis methods for analysis and prediction, as well as to integrate engineering thinking education with financial management education to cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability in integrating business and finance.
