Teaching Practice and Educational Effectiveness of "Classic Reading" from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

Abstract:

The key to ideological and political education in courses is to cultivate the soul and educate people. Universities need to cultivate new generations who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. Classic original works are the condensation of excellent cultural achievements of humanity. Using classic original works as carriers of ideological and political education, combining value guidance with knowledge exploration through a series of classic reading activities, and combining the cultivation of patriotism with the promotion of professional innovation, can achieve the effect of educating people with classic original works and culturalizing them with classics. Classic reading promotes communication and interaction between teachers and students, stimulates students' autonomy and creativity, enriches their spiritual world, and has achieved good results in helping students cultivate a sound personality, establish cultural confidence and cultural identity.
