Field, Role, and Teaching: A Study on the Path to Enhancing College Teachers' Awareness and Ability in Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction

Abstract:

The construction of ideological and political education in college teachers' courses is an important foundation for implementing and enhancing the practical effects of ideological and political education in courses. The first question that needs to be answered is how to enhance the awareness of ideological and political education among university teachers. Therefore, this article takes the perspective of field theory to construct the ideological and political education field and its constituent sub fields for university teachers. Based on the analysis of their relationships and contradictions, combined with their own role cognition, this article proposes strategies for enhancing the awareness of ideological and political education among university teachers.
