Abstract:
Carrying out the construction of ideological and political education in courses is a new requirement for the Party to strengthen talent cultivation and ideological and political education in universities in the new era, and it is also a new responsibility for university teachers to implement the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation. In order to enhance the awareness and ability of teachers to cultivate talents for the Party and the country, and to integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum, the author combines the current engineering certification of engineering majors to integrate ideological and political elements into the curriculum design, talent cultivation objectives, and evaluation system. By revising the teaching syllabi of all professional courses, we aim to achieve the goal of "integrating ideological and political education into every subject and educating every teacher", in order to promote the integration of professional education and ideological and political education. This article provides a meaningful exploration and practice for the formation of ideological and political construction in engineering courses in universities.
