Abstract:

The semiconductor physics course is a fundamental core course in the field of informatics. The course content combines micro level knowledge points from disciplines such as solid-state physics, statistical physics, and quantum mechanics in the first half, and introduces device level teaching content such as PN junction, metal half contact, MIS structure, heterojunction in the second half. There are common challenges in teaching, such as a wide range of teaching content, different teaching methods in different chapters, and difficulty in seamlessly integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum. This article explores the ideological and political practice of semiconductor physics courses based on the current situation of semiconductor physics teaching and the profound research and industrial foundation of optoelectronic information technology in the Optics Valley region of China. Firstly, by reviewing the development history of semiconductor physics and the significant achievements China has made in this field, we aim to bridge the gap between the curriculum and students, and set a good example; Secondly, it is necessary to systematically outline the overall framework of semiconductor physics courses and construct a clear course mind map; Once again, timely introduction of research progress in device physics and practical experience in characteristic industries, especially fresh cases from our school and its surrounding areas, to enhance students' integrated and three-dimensional learning experience. Using specific knowledge points in semiconductor physics as carriers and platforms, condensing ideological and political elements of the curriculum, integrating teaching from multiple perspectives, achieving the unity of value shaping, ability cultivation, and knowledge transmission, and cultivating talents for the socialist new era.

Key Words:
