Abstract:
Focus on cultivating high school students' English proficiency and comprehensive literacy. On the one hand, teachers should put students at the center, improve teaching objectives and content, as well as teaching organization and evaluation; On the other hand, it is necessary to study high school English reform measures to achieve the essence, systematization, and enrichment of high school English teaching objectives. Innovative teaching objectives can better arouse students' interest, reasonable homework can reduce learning pressure, and active classroom group discussions and regular tests can immerse students in English learning and consolidate knowledge points. In the context of the new college entrance examination, this article summarizes practical teaching experience and explores specific measures for English teaching reform.
