Abstract:

In today's rapidly changing business environment, the new generation of knowledge workers are gradually becoming the main force in the workplace. With the development of the times, they are influenced by diverse cultures and shaped by higher education, exhibiting traits that are completely different from traditional employees. These employees enter the workplace with unique work values, pursuing personal growth and self realization while placing great importance on work life balance and equal collaboration among teams. As a key driving force for enterprise development, job performance is deeply influenced by employee behavior and attitudes. Exploring the intrinsic relationship between the work values, conflict management methods, and job performance of the new generation of knowledge-based employees is of great practical significance for enterprises to optimize management strategies, stimulate employee potential, and enhance competitiveness. In this regard, this article summarizes the characteristics of the new generation of knowledge workers, analyzes the types of conflict management methods and the direct impact of work values on job performance, and further explores the mediating effect of conflict management in it, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to formulate management strategies that are more in line with the characteristics of this group.
