Abstract:
This article explores the impact of different family backgrounds on the effectiveness and efficiency of children's English learning. The article conducts an in-depth analysis from three perspectives: family economic conditions, cultural environment, and educational beliefs, by comparing two types of family backgrounds - good family backgrounds and inadequate family backgrounds. A good family background is defined as having relatively stable income, highly educated family members, and parents or other members who value their children's education; Insufficient family background refers to families with meager economic income, limited resources, average education level, and little concern for their children's education. Research has shown that different family backgrounds greatly affect children's English learning outcomes.
