Abstract:

China's oyster production reaches approximately 6.2 million tons, accounting for 39.5% of the total shellfish output. Cleaning is the primary step in the post-harvest processing of oysters. Currently, traditional mechanical cleaning methods are predominantly used, which suffer from issues such as incomplete cleaning. This study designs an oyster ultrasonic collaborative cleaning device and uses COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation technology to simulate the distribution of the ultrasonic acoustic field. The influence of the cleaning cross-sectional height on the sound pressure and sound pressure level within the ultrasonic cleaning field was analyzed. The optimal ultrasonic cleaning cross-section height was determined to be -125 mm. The results provide reference data and theoretical support for the design of related ultrasonic cleaning machines.
