Abstract:
Understanding the digital survival experiences of preschool children is essential for empowering high-quality development in early childhood education through digital technologies. Currently, preschool children are facing three major digital predicaments: the weakening of physical perception, the narrowing of cognitive development, and the alienation of social relationships. These issues stem from the misalignment of children's digital labor, the disorder of digital algorithms, and the widening of the digital divide among children. To address these challenges, breakthroughs should be sought from three dimensions: institutional policies, technological governance, and educational practice.
