Abstract：

Clinical nursing teachers, as the core force of nursing education, play a crucial role in both improving the quality of nursing education and fostering professional nursing talent. This paper analyzes the professional development paths of clinical nursing teachers, explores the key components of their teaching competence, and proposes effective strategies to enhance teaching competence. Through a literature review, current situation survey, and experience summary, this study aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the professional growth of clinical nursing teachers, promoting the improvement of nursing education quality.
