Abstract：

With the rapid development of information technology, artificial intelligence (AI) is penetrating into the field of education in an unprecedented manner, and college English teaching is also deeply influenced by it. The traditional college English teaching model gradually reveals its limitations when facing the diverse learning needs of students and the increasingly complex English application scenarios in the context of globalization. The emergence of AI assisted tools has brought new vitality and the possibility of transformation to college English teaching. It breaks the limitations of time and space with powerful data analysis, intelligent interaction and other functions, and is expected to reshape the teaching process and optimize the learning experience. This article analyzes the feasibility of using AI assisted tools in college English teaching and explores the innovative design and application of AI assisted tools in college English teaching, in order to provide reference for promoting the intelligent transformation of college English teaching.
