Exploring the Path of Calligraphy Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Era

Abstract:

Calligraphy education in universities is currently facing an unprecedented stage of development, characterized by both historical opportunities and challenges. The current calligraphy teaching model can no longer meet the requirements for students 'creative thinking. This paper addresses some of the outdated teaching methods, lack of practice, content that lags behind the times, incomplete facilities and resources in university calligraphy education, and proposes solutions. It advocates using intelligent calligraphy learning machines, interdisciplinary integration in teaching concepts, virtual reality technology, upgrading teaching hardware, and enhancing information management to solve the problems faced by calligraphy teaching. This approach aims to modernize calligraphy education, improve students' calligraphy experience and creation skills, and better innovate and sustain calligraphy art in the new era.
