Abstract:
New-type professional farmers are the backbone of agricultural and rural modernization in the new era, playing a critical role in implementing the rural revitalization strategy. In recent years, Yiyuan County in Shandong Province has seized national policy opportunities to explore and establish a training system suitable for local industrial structures, achieving notable progress. However, practical training still faces problems such as imprecise targeting of trainees, mismatches between training content and actual needs, and insufficient application of digital tools, severely limiting the growth of the professional farmer workforce. This study, focusing on Yiyuan County, systematically identifies the primary challenges of the current training system through surveys, interviews, and comparative case studies. By analyzing the root causes and drawing on experiences from advanced regions, this research proposes actionable improvement pathways, offering insights and theoretical support to other regions, and contributing to achieving agricultural strength, rural beauty, and farmer prosperity.
