Abstract:
Nowadays, "online shopping" has become a popular term in society, and more and more people are choosing to shop online instead of traditional physical stores. Among numerous online shopping platforms, B2C e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Tmall, and JD.com are undoubtedly the best. The increasing maturity and improvement of these platforms provide consumers with a more convenient, efficient, and secure shopping experience. This article analyzes the competitive strategy of JD Group, the largest B2C online shopping professional platform in China. Through PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, and Five Forces analysis, it deeply analyzes the internal and external environment of JD Group. Provide effective suggestions on its internal strengths and weaknesses, and explore its reference significance for other e-commerce enterprises in China to adapt to the new network economy and improve enterprise efficiency.
