Research on the Ideological and Political Education Function in Emergency Management of Vocational Colleges

Abstract:

In the context of the deepening reform of vocational education in the new era, the frequent occurrence of emergencies has become one of the key factors restricting the healthy development of vocational colleges. Emergency management is not only an important reflection of school governance capacity but also a vital “second classroom” for ideological and political education. How to effectively embed ideological and political education content into emergency management to achieve the educational effects of “educating through incidents, touching through emotions, and convincing through reasoning” has become a critical issue for vocational colleges to consider deeply. Based on an analysis of the types and current management status of emergencies in vocational colleges, this paper explores the embedded ideological and political education functions and proposes specific implementation paths and optimization suggestions, aiming to promote the dual objectives of emergency management and talent cultivation in vocational colleges.
