Exploring the Convergence of Project-based Learning and Computational Thinking Cultivation

Abstract:

In the digital age, computational thinking plays a vital role in enhancing students' comprehensive competencies. This study focuses on the intrinsic connection between Project-Based Learning (PBL) and the development of computational thinking. Through a review of theoretical literature and an analysis of existing empirical research, it examines the limitations of PBL in fostering computational thinking and offers recommendations for improvement. The aim is to provide insights for educational practice and promote the effective integration of PBL in computational thinking cultivation.
