Abstract:

Ideological and political education in Chinese universities plays a pivotal role in fostering character and shaping values. Yet, it continues to grapple with long-standing challengeshomogeneous content, monotonous methodologies, and limited student engagement. The rapid evolution of big data technology offers a powerful lever to address these issues. By integrating instructional data, analyzing learning behaviors, and fine-tuning resource allocation, universities are now poised to enable precision teaching, dynamic intervention, and iterative feedback mechanisms in political education. Anchored in theoretical insights and grounded in practical realities, this paper explores optimization strategies in areas such as platform integration, faculty capacity-building, and data governance. It seeks to chart a transformative path for ideological and political education, one that is intelligent, responsive, and aligned with the goals of high-quality development.
