Abstract：

As important bases for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, vocational colleges undertake the fundamental task of fostering morality and educating people. How to effectively integrate ideological and political education (IPE) into the daily management of vocational colleges is a crucial pathway to improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation and realize the goal of "all-round education for all." This paper starts from the current status of integration between IPE and daily management in vocational colleges, analyzes existing problems, and proposes a multi-dimensional and sustainable integration pathway focusing on system design, cultural construction, faculty collaboration, and management evaluation. The aim is to promote an organic combination of vocational college management and ideological-political work, achieve full coverage, full process, and full participation in ideological education, and enhance students' political quality and comprehensive development abilities.
