Abstract：

The "AI+Teacher" collaborative teaching model is a new educational paradigm that integrates artificial intelligence technology with teachers 'professional skills, aiming to optimize the entire university teaching process through human-machine collaboration. This model uses AI for pre-class analysis of student conditions and resource recommendations, enables intelligent interaction and dynamic adjustments during class, and provides personalized tutoring and adaptive exercises after class. It also enhances teaching precision through learning monitoring and intelligent evaluation. Research indicates that the collaboration between AI and teachers can significantly boost teaching efficiency, enhance personalized learning, and reduce the repetitive workload of teachers. However, the effective implementation of this model still faces key challenges, including technical adaptability, teachers' digital literacy, and ethical standards.
