Abstract：

In the context of deepening higher education reform and the comprehensive implementation of the strategy to build a strong education nation, party building work and the cultivation of young teachers are forming a deeply integrated development pattern. Research indicates that both aim to cultivate a team of teachers who are both ideologically sound and professionally competent, which naturally aligns their goals. Universities should prioritize political construction in establishing a long-term mechanism for the cultivation of young teachers, integrating education on ideals and beliefs throughout their development. Selecting and strengthening the "dual leaders" of teacher party branch secretaries, promoting the effective transformation of party building resources into teaching and research. Implementing a "dual cultivation" mechanism for core teachers and party member teachers, fostering a pattern where professional competence and political ability develop in tandem. This cultivation model, rooted in the educational environment of universities, not only carries forward the red gene of 'cultivating talents for the Party and the country' but also responds to the contemporary demands of building a strong education nation on the teacher corps. It provides a solution that combines theoretical depth with practical warmth, aimed at building a team of young teachers in the new era who are politically steadfast and professionally excellent.
