Abstract:
The preschool years are crucial for children to engage with and inherit ethnic culture. In the digital era, the transmission of ethnic culture and digital education intersect through cognitive alignment, functional integration, and contextual convergence. However, challenges such as limited digital ethnic resources, superficial integration of technology, cultural gaps, and a shortage of culturally competent educators hinder this process. This study advocates for the development of high-quality digital resources, the adoption of innovative digital storytelling pedagogies, strategies to bridge cultural gaps, and the enhancement of teacher preparation programs to support the sustainable transmission of ethnic culture in the digital transformation of preschool education.
