Abstract:
In the context of the “Double High Plan” strategy, the academic journals of higher vocational colleges play a crucial role in the school's internal development and regional economic growth. This article uses the “Nanchong Vocational College Forum” as a case study to explore the significant role of these journals in the “Double High” initiative. Additionally, the “Double High” initiative offers opportunities for clearer policy guidance and more systematic resource allocation. To address these challenges, the article proposes strategies for high-quality development, including redefining the journal's position and clarifying a differentiated development path; optimizing resource allocation and strengthening the foundation for development; innovating content construction to enhance academic influence; and enhancing dissemination and promotion to expand social impact. These strategies aim to help higher vocational college journals overcome development bottlenecks, build a distinctive, open, and shared academic communication system, and better serve vocational education and industrial upgrading.
