Abstract:
In the current booming development of the education industry, normal university students, as the main force of the future teaching team, have attracted much attention to their career development status. Teacher education combines professionalism and practicality, and the cultivation of teacher ethics runs through the entire process. Currently, it is moving towards the direction of informatization and rural education tilt. In this context, it is particularly urgent to construct a career portrait of normal university students and explore precise employment service paths. Career portraits can comprehensively present students' traits, abilities, intentions, and other information, providing a basis for accurate employment services; And precise employment services can help normal students better adapt to market demand and improve the quality of employment. In response to this, this article conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current status of career development among normal university students by combing through relevant theoretical foundations. Based on this, a career portrait of normal university students is constructed, and a precise employment service path is designed. Finally, an effect evaluation and feedback mechanism is established to ensure the optimization and improvement of the service path, in order to provide some reference and inspiration for relevant researchers.
