Research on the Construction of a Value-oriented Mechanism in Student Management at Vocational Colleges

Abstract:

Under the new era of educational development, the status and role of vocational education have become increasingly prominent. As crucial institutions for cultivating skilled talents, vocational colleges not only influence the quality of education and teaching but also play a significant role in shaping students’ overall competence and core values. Centering on the concept of "value-oriented guidance," this paper explores the construction of mechanisms for student management in vocational colleges. It analyzes the current challenges in student management and proposes specific strategies guided by the core socialist values. These strategies focus on building a value-oriented mechanism that emphasizes multi-party collaboration, dynamic regulation, and integration of practice, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical paths for improving student management quality and promoting students’ all-round development.
