Practical Constraints and Pathways for Alleviating Scientific Training in College Track and Field through Digital Technology

Abstract:

In August 2021, the State Council issued the "National Fitness Plan (2021-2025)", which clearly requires the promotion of digital transformation in the sports industry, providing policy guidance for the innovative development of track and field training in universities. This study is based on the theory of technology integration and the principle of scientific training. It systematically analyzes the practical value of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in college track and field training, and deeply deconstructs the multiple constraints it faces, including conceptual barriers, resource constraints, ability shortcomings, and safety risks. It proposes targeted relief paths from four dimensions: cognitive reconstruction, resource allocation, talent cultivation, and institutional guarantee, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical paths for promoting the scientific transformation of college track and field training.
