Abstract:
The information technology industry has shown a trend of rapid development, which has had a profound and extensive impact on all fields of society, and information technology has the characteristics of extremely rapid update and iteration. In this context, computer talents need to have the ability to innovate and grow themselves in order to make more contributions in the ever-evolving information technology industry. As an advanced educational concept, the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) emphasizes learning outcomes as the core orientation, and attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' practical ability and the practical application of knowledge. Based on the concept of OBE, this paper deeply discusses the reconstruction and practice of the training model of computer application innovative talents, and is committed to building an education system that can more accurately meet the needs of society and focus on the all-round cultivation of students' abilities, in order to provide useful reference and reference for the cultivation of computer application innovative talents.
