Abstract:
With the rapid development of coastal mudflat fisheries in China, the scale of shellfish aquaculture has been continuously expanding, highlighting the growing demand for mechanization and intelligent upgrading of harvesting operations. Traditional harvesting equipment exhibits significant shortcomings in efficiency, adaptability, and operational precision, which restricts the high-quality development of the industry. Based on an analysis of the current status of mudflat shellfish aquaculture and equipment development trends, this paper explores the technical pathways for intelligent upgrading of harvesting equipment, including sensing and perception, intelligent control, autonomous navigation, and operational optimization. Furthermore, combining the concept of collaborative development across the entire modern fishery industry chain, a data-driven collaborative model integrating equipment with aquaculture, processing, and logistics is proposed to achieve multiple objectives of production efficiency, product quality, and ecological protection. The research results indicate that the integration of intelligent harvesting equipment and industry chain collaboration can effectively reduce labor costs, improve operational efficiency, and promote the green and sustainable development of the shellfish industry, providing a reference for China’s coastal fishery equipment manufacturing and industry upgrading.
