Abstract:

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized deepening the reform of talent training models, promoting the integration of industry and education as well as school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education, and encouraging talents to participate in practical activities such as work-study internships. Work-study internships are necessary measures to comply with the development of vocational education, meet market demands, and strengthen team building. They contribute to advancing the integration of industry and education, promoting professional development, and enhancing teachers' abilities to teach and educate students. The integration of teaching with work-study internships for college teachers is currently an important direction of higher education reform. This paper explores the standardized path for the integration teaching mode of college teachers' work-study internships. In response to the problems existing in current work-study internship teaching, such as insufficient integration, high interdisciplinary difficulties, and inadequate utilization of practice bases, this paper proposes standardized paths such as constructing and optimizing policy systems, building practice platforms and resource integration systems, strengthening teaching transformation, and establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms. These provide a powerful reference for promoting the deep integration of higher education with economic and social development.
