Abstract:
In the context of the rapid advancement of digital technology and the deepening reform of higher
education, the offices of secondary colleges in universities, which serve as crucial links between higher education
and the broader community, have found their traditional work models inadequate for the demands of digital
transformation. This article analyzes the new requirements of digital transformation on the work of secondary
college offices in universities and delves into the necessity and urgency of restructuring the work system. It
proposes specific strategies from three dimensions: optimizing organizational structure, innovating management
models, and enhancing personnel capabilities. These strategies include building a flat organizational structure, establishing smart office platforms, advancing data governance, and strengthening digital literacy training. The
aim is to improve the efficiency and service quality of the office, providing theoretical references and practical
approaches for secondary colleges to achieve high-quality development in the digital age.
