Abstract:
Labor education is gaining increasing attention in the modern education system, playing an
irreplaceable role in developing students’ comprehensive qualities, practical skills, and innovative spirit. Primary
school is a critical period for the formation of students' morals and habits, making labor education particularly
important. By working together, families, schools, and communities can leverage their respective strengths to
create a synergistic educational environment, providing students with more opportunities for labor practice. One
such form is "planting practice", which is both intuitive and educational. It not only allows students to connect
with nature and understand the growth process of plants but also helps cultivate their sense of responsibility, patience, and teamwork. Through collaboration among families, schools, and communities, integrating planting
practice into primary school labor education can effectively spark students ’ interest and passion for labor, enabling them to learn and grow through hands-on experience, thus laying a solid foundation for their all-round
development.
