Abstract:
The rapid advancement of internet technology has profoundly transformed the ecosystem of
ideological work in higher education institutions. As cyberspace becomes the primary arena for ideological
exchange and collision, universities today confront multiple challenges including the clash of diverse value
systems, complex online public opinion dynamics, and uneven media literacy among students. This necessitates
urgent transformation of traditional ideological governance models. By analyzing the practical dilemmas and
underlying causes in contemporary university network ideology management, this paper proposes establishing a
governance framework led by Party committees, supported by multi-department collaboration, and integrating
online-offline approaches. It explores governance pathways that align with modern characteristics and youth
demographics, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for advancing ideological work in higher
education institutions.
