Abstract：

Teaching work in vocational colleges is the central task, teaching reform is the core of various reforms, and innovative development is the eternal theme. Vocational education with a focus on service, employment orientation, and a development path that combines industry, academia, and research. The fundamental task of talent cultivation is to cultivate higher technical specialized talents, with the goal of adapting to social needs and providing talent support for regional economic development. The focus of educational reform is to design students' knowledge, ability, quality structure, and training plan with the main line of cultivating technical application ability; Constructing a curriculum and teaching content system with "application" as the main theme and feature; Reform teaching practice to cultivate students' technical application ability. This article combines the spirit of the documents on vocational education textbook construction and vocational education system construction issued by the General Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Education in response to the "Double High Construction" of the college, adheres to the correct guiding ideology for running schools, accurate positioning, and reform, and conducts analysis and research on the construction of loose leaf teaching materials and the development of teaching resources based on the logic of vocational characteristics with contemporary characteristics, and explores practical applications.
