Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the deep integration of digital technology into the field of education, traditional financial management models in vocational colleges still face some problems and are difficult to adapt
to the needs of the connotative development of vocational education and the deepening integration of industry
and education. Financial transformation has become an inevitable trend. This study focuses on the digital
transformation of financial management in vocational colleges, and combines the characteristics of digital
technology with the laws of vocational education to construct financial transformation and development
strategies from three dimensions: strategic planning, implementation path, and guarantee system. The study
proposes that the financial transformation of vocational colleges should aim for "deep integration of business
and finance, data-driven decision-making", and focus on promoting the construction of digital financial
platforms, restructuring of financial management processes, upgrading of financial personnel capabilities, and
the establishment of business finance collaboration mechanisms on the transformation path; In terms of
safeguard measures, it is necessary to strengthen organizational structure support, improve institutional systems, and ensure funding investment. Through the collaborative implementation of multidimensional strategies, we aim
to assist vocational colleges in transforming their financial management from traditional accounting to modern
value creation, improving the efficiency of fund utilization and the ability to support education, and providing
financial support for the high-quality development of vocational education.
