As knowledge disseminators, innovation pioneers, and soul engineers, university teachers 'ethical cultivation not only shapes students' growth but also profoundly influences societal value orientations. This paper explores the essence, significance, current status, and improvement strategies of professional ethics in higher education institutions, offering insights to support the healthy development of academic endeavors.
