Research on the Path of Improving Digital Competence of University Teachers

Abstract:

This paper defines the concept of digital competence and reviews relevant theories. It analyzes current challenges in university teachers digital competence development, including uneven progress, disconnect between technology and teaching, and weak innovation and ethical awareness. The study systematically proposes improvement pathways through establishing collaborative support systems, updating teaching concepts, integrating into institutional strategies, and mobilizing external resources.
