Abstract:
To address the limitations of traditional nursing education models in bridging theory-practice gaps
and cultivating students' critical thinking, this study developed and implemented a student-centered innovative
teaching model. The model integrates blended online-offline learning, case-based teaching, and simulation- clinical practice strategies. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations demonstrate that
the model significantly improved students' theoretical performance (average scores increased from 72.3 to 81.6, p<0.05) and practical skills (68.7 to 79.4), achieved high satisfaction rates (91.2% approval for blended learning), and facilitated teachers' pedagogical transformation. The findings confirm the model's effectiveness in enhancing
nursing education quality, suggesting future priorities: developing differentiated teaching approaches, promoting
interdisciplinary integration, and formulating region-specific implementation strategies.
