Dilemmas and Countermeasures: Integrated Training of Scientific and Technological Innovation Talents in Universities, Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Academic Norms

Abstract:

Academic norms provide important guarantees for academic innovation, which meets the essential requirements for the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents. The academic norms of Western countries have a history of more than 2,000 years and now are deeply embedded in the training chain of scientific and technological talents, forming a good atmosphere of scientific research, promoting the development of good scientific research behavior and building a protective wall for scientific research. The scientific quality education of innovative talents in China has a shortcoming of insufficient understanding of academic norms. We should pay attention to academic norms in scientific quality education of innovative talents in universities, primary and secondary schools. Firstly, we integrate academic ethics into ideological and political education to create an academic integrity environment; secondly, we strengthen the training of teachers' academic norms to help scientific and technological talents improve their scientific quality quickly; thirdly, we promote the colleges developing more scientific exploration activities for the academic norms training of primary and secondary schools. Finally, we construct the system of preventing and punishing academic misconduct so as to build a long-term mechanism for improving scientific and technological innovation.
