New Quality Productivity Empowers the Digital Education Dilemma and Development Path in Vocational Education

Abstract:

As an important manifestation of contemporary advanced productivity, new-quality productivity is characterized by technological innovation, digital leadership, and high-quality development. The development of new-quality productivity has a systematic and revolutionary impact on the digital education of vocational colleges, with its core lying in reconstructing the training objectives, educational content, and teaching methods of vocational education to align with new-quality productivity. This is to adapt to the technological changes and industrial needs of the digital economy era, shifting vocational education from meeting industrial needs to leading industrial transformation. However, in the empowerment process, new-quality productivity faces practical challenges in vocational education's digital training of high-skilled talents, including incompatible infrastructure, mismatched faculty, and non-integrated curriculum systems. Therefore, it is proposed to promote the implementation of new-quality productivity empowerment in the digital education of vocational colleges through innovative measures such as building infrastructure compatible with new-quality productivity, cultivating a faculty that aligns with new-quality productivity, and developing curriculum systems that match new-quality productivity. This aims to effectively promote the reform of digital education in vocational colleges and cultivate new-quality technical and skilled talents with digital thinking, technical application abilities, and innovative literacy for the development of new-quality productivity, providing theoretical and practical guidance for the high-quality development of vocational education.
