The Reconstruction Path of College Teachers' Competence in the Intelligent Era

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of deep integration between artificial intelligence and teaching, the role of university lecturers has undergone structural changes, making the reconstruction of their AI literacy an urgent priority. Owing to rapid technological iteration and inherent learning inertia among educators, university teaching staff exhibit reluctance towards acquiring new knowledge, coupled with deficiencies in their information literacy. Enhancing teachers' information capabilities necessitates approaches such as boosting their proactive engagement, selecting appropriate tools, and implementing personalised learning strategies to underpin the future development of China's higher education system.
