Abstract：

in China's education system, labor education has always been an important part of cultivating students' all-round development. With the development of the times, the importance of labor education in Colleges and universities has become increasingly prominent, and the exploration of its characteristic path has also become an important topic in educational research. It is not only a skill teaching, but also a value cultivation. Carrying out labor education in Colleges and universities is helpful to cultivate students' labor consciousness and practical ability, and improve students' comprehensive quality. This kind of education mode can enable students to learn in practice and practice in learning, so as to better understand and master the value and significance of labor. The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical construction and practical exploration of the path of University labor education characteristics, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures through the analysis of the existing problems, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of University Labor Education in China.
