Jalaid Banner Secondary Vocational School
Abstract:
Taking Jalaid Banner Secondary Vocational School in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object and based on its "Double High and Double Excellence" construction background, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation, problems, and countermeasures of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools. The research indicates that the school has achieved significant results in constructing a moral education curriculum system, cultivating teaching staff, and exploring characteristic educational models. It has established a "Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education" curriculum system with regional ethnic characteristics and formed a "One-Five-Four-Three" educational model. However, prominent issues persist, including insufficient ideological understanding, an inadequate management and support system, formalistic teaching implementation, and an imperfect evaluation mechanism. This paper proposes systematic countermeasures from four dimensions: strengthening top-level design, optimizing the teaching staff, deepening teaching reforms, and improving the evaluation system, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical pathways for promoting the high-quality development of moral education in secondary vocational schools.
