Abstract:
The Railway Power Strategy serves as a pivotal initiative for advancing national modernization in the new era. For railway-related professional education, grassroots Party building demonstrates unparalleled advantages in enhancing the quality and depth of ideological and political education. This study explores how to leverage university-level grassroots Party building to guide the development of ideological and political education systems in railway disciplines under the Railway Power Strategy framework. Through a combination of literature review and field research, the paper analyzes current challenges and opportunities in ideological and political education for railway majors at higher education institutions, while further examining the roles and practical strategies of grassroots Party organizations in this process. The research indicates that strengthening the exemplary leadership of grassroots Party organizations, optimizing educational content and formats, and enhancing faculty development are critical keys to establishing effective ideological and political education systems. This study provides valuable theoretical and practical guidance for better integrating grassroots Party building into professional education. The abstract clearly outlines the research background, methodology, findings, and significance while avoiding excessive data and model descriptions, meeting the standard requirements for academic summaries.
